Always will accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of merchandise arriving to
desired shipping address. Please note, Love Always does not cover the
return shipping cost. Merchandise will need to be returned in original packaging condition, non used and undamaged condition in order for a refund to be provided. Any item that is damaged in transit is not covered by Love Always. Customer will need to contact the USPS. Prior to shipping your merchandise back, please
email us at email@example.com in order to obtain an RMA (Return
Materials Authorization) Number. Love Always must receive return within 8
days from the issuance of the RMA Number. Store credit will be issued between 2-5 business days. Please note, we will only provide the store credit for the item purchased and returned. Your shipping cost will not be included. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If in the case a personalized piece arrived with any sort of error, we will be happy to repair/exchange the piece. Please note, these pieces take approximately 22 business days for the item to be repaired and shipped back.
